The result is a streamlined glove that performs better during clinching, has less excess bulk but with the same level of protection that has made Twins gloves a staple of the boxing and Muaythai worlds for over 30 years.

With a durable velcro strap and attached contoured thumb these gloves are designed for maximum hand and wrist protection during training sessions. Twins BGVL4 are a great all-round use glove ideal for use on pads and bags (10-12oz) and for sparring (14-16oz).
