Shipping policy

All parcels are sent via express courier to ensure reliable service, full tracking, and peace of mind, while minimizing the risk of lost packages.

  • Parcels under 30kg are shipped with DPD.
  • Filled punchbags over 30kg are shipped with DX Freight.

We operate Monday to Friday and aim to dispatch all orders same day or next working day. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 2 working days.

Delivery Times

  • Mainland UK: Next-day delivery for most locations. Remote northern Scotland and offshore UK addresses may take 2–3 days.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Mainland UK

  • £5.00 per 10kg of total order weight
  • Wholesale orders: £5 per 10kg up to 100kg, then £10 per 20kg for heavier shipments

Northern Ireland

  • £15: 0–10kg
  • £27.50: 11–20kg
  • £40: 21–30kg
  • Note: Filled punchbags cannot be delivered to Northern Ireland. Business addresses require EORI and UKIMS numbers for customs clearance.

Channel Islands & Isle of Man

  • £20: 0–10kg
  • £35: 11–20kg
  • £50: 21–30kg
  • Orders are VAT-free, but any customs fees on arrival are your responsibility.
  • Note: Filled punchbags cannot be delivered to offshore UK addresses.

European Union

  • We are not currently shipping to the EU. Service will resume for select countries later this year. Please contact us if this affects your order.

 

ORDER PICKUP

How does pickup work?

Getting your order couldn’t be easier:

  • Choose “Pickup” when placing your order at checkout.
  • Once your order has been packed and is ready to collect, we’ll send you a “Ready for Collection” email — usually within 3–5 working days.
  • Head to our store and show your order confirmation when you arrive.

 

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • If an order is returned due to failed delivery, refunds will be issued minus delivery costs and the 6% handling fee.
  • If a delivery is refused without error on our part, the same charges will apply.
  • Refusing a correct delivery is considered a breach of our terms, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
