Returns & Exchanges

At Combat Sports Supplies, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you may request a return, exchange, or refund in line with the terms below.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Have all original labels attached

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be unworn, unused, and free from odours

  • Not have been exposed to perfume, aftershave, or deodorant

  • Due to their size/weight, punchbags may only be returned if they arrive damaged – if this happens then contact us immediately

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Returns Process

  • To start a return, you must contact us at: returns@combatsportssupplies.com providing your name, order number and what exchange/refund you require.

  • Customers are responsible for all return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we are not liable for lost returns.

  • Returns should be sent to the following address: Combat Sports Supplies, Unit 11 Murcar Commercial Park, Denmore Road, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen AB23 8JW

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once items have been received and inspected.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges incur:

    • £6.99 return delivery fee

If the refund is due to a faulty or incorrect product being sent, we will refund the postage cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Mouthguards

  • Groin guards

  • Undergarments

  • Compression shorts

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
