Shipping & Delivery

All parcels are sent via courier to ensure reliable service, full tracking, and peace of mind, while minimizing the risk of lost packages.

  • Parcels under 30kg are shipped with DPD.

  • Filled punchbags over 30kg are shipped with DX Freight.

We operate Monday to Friday and aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 5 working days.

  • Mainland UK: Standard delivery for most locations 3-5 days. Remote northern Scotland may take 5-8 days.

  • We are not currently shipping to the EU.

ORDER PICKUP

Getting your order couldn’t be easier:

  • Choose “Pickup” when placing your order at checkout.

  • Once your order has been packed and is ready to collect, we’ll send you a “Ready for Collection” email — usually within 3–5 working days.

  • Head to our store and show your order confirmation when you arrive.

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • If an order is returned due to failed delivery, refunds will be issued minus delivery costs.

  • If a delivery is refused without error on our part, the same charges will apply.

  • Refusing a correct delivery is considered a breach of our terms, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
